Spring is once again bringing into our lives what we’ve longed for during these long winter months: springtime itself. A season of growth, of breaking out of our winter shell and facing the year with energy and a desire to take on the world.


After the darkest and coldest months of the year, our immune system is exhausted from fighting off seasonal viruses with little help from us. In winter, we get less sunlight, tend to eat fewer fruits and more warm, heavy meals, spending less time outdoors due to rain and bad weather.


That’s why, as spring approaches, our body asks us to recharge and get ready to fully enjoy the summer. It’s the time to reconnect with all things green and natural, with products that come from the earth.
